      So much promise, zero deliver

      Pros

      Stress Anxiety Management that call themselves leaders and use monthly meetings to pat themsevles on the back Yes these are the pros You will find the folks who have the most positive outlook on this organization will be in Management, Finance, Marketing or Sales. Possibly the software development team as well. For us who have to deal with the customers, it is another story.

      Cons

      This organization is misled, there is no clear direction, there is a very big culture of blame and a 'do as I say not as I do' mentality. There are too few folks doing the work, and too many managing or selling. The folks who are implementing and supporting the customers are stretched thin, unhappy, stressed out and are starting to leave.

      - The industry of cloud technology is always changing and evolving, which keeps me on my toes and always learning new things - The people in this company are down to earth, collaborative, talented, and inspiring - There's an opportunity to grow and learn from other teams - Employee benefits, perks, and resource groups - Great compensation/ bonus plans - My direct boss is open to hearing ideas and opinions, motivating, supportive, gives credit when credit is due; cares about our career development

      Cons

      - Not enough internal events for employees aside from the sales kickoff - Company culture is still adjusting to the acquisition with Cox Business - Sometimes slow to execute certain projects and ideas - Slight resistance to large changes to procedures and processes at times
