      Pros

      No shortage of variety with different technologies or job functions. Never a dull moment. The company is getting better and better every day. The company is in high growth mode, which means tons of opportunity for career advancement if you have the right attitude and you're willing to work for it.

      Cons

      Typical challenges of a smaller company in high growth mode. Long hours are expected on occasion and when necessary, policies and procedures are often being written on the fly in response to incidents. Management is handling the growth well though, nothing outside of the norm for a company like this.

      Pros

      "Rapid" growth rate of the company. The company is expanded at an insane rate and the growth opportunity as an employee is huge. Team members have constant opportunities to learn new technologies and are encouraged to do so. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. Fun team building events. Love working here!

      Pros

      camaraderie here is the best I've seen with any company. It is a true team atmosphere where collaboration thrives. Perks also include offsite team building events (Ducks, Angels and Medieval Times), as well as employee incentive programs.

      Cons

      At times the revenue growth of the business has not matched that of the workforce. This is something has improved over the past 12 months.
