As of recent, RapidScale has hired some incredibly talented people to their already skilled team. The entire company has the same goal in mind - Customer Experience is NUMBER ONE. We are all laser focused on our customers and partners and all have the wiliness to get things done. It’s fun to be around like-minded people that understand the complexity of the “cloud” but make it easily digestible for partners and end customers. RapidScale is an exciting place to be, and I am looking forward to what the future holds for me here.

Cons

Depending on the position with the company...there is always going to be challenges, but if you have a great attitude and are willing to go the extra mile, you will be fine.

Pros

Management is supportive and there to help. Knowledgeable employees have answers for Customers, Partners, and fellow employees alike. Great work environment with a success driven atmosphere.Opportunities to move up in growing company. Company events are both helpful and information filled as well as fun!

Cons

Communication between teams could be improved but it is already being worked on. Some basic overview questions could be stated on the website for first time users.

Pros

Strong support, engineering, marketing and leadership. Very cohesive from top to bottom. Beautiful new Headquarters in Irvine with full amenities like a gym, game room, and soon an outdoor facility with basketball courts and yoga areas.

Cons

Lots of growth can make for a demanding work environment. If you're not a hard working individual, this may not be the right environment for you.
