Overall, Raptor is a fantastic company to work for!! They have a great mission and the culture is the best of the best.

Pros

The company culture is very work hard, play some. The people are GREAT, some of the most intelligent and kind people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Even with lots of growth in the past year, many teams are still small and mighty! Mixed reviews for the c-suite, but the CEO is great.

Cons

The work/life balance could be improved upon. Some roles still only have one person responsible for decision making, which can cause a bit of a funnel.
