Pros

Cool staff, had food benefits (before), nice park next to office, salary was good, very interesting products and work.

Cons

Rampant toxicity among key leaders, benefits got cut. After many years they still behave very inexperienced.

Pros

Decent pay, visa sponsorship, glassdoor tells me I need at least 5 positive words but I’m struggling to think of a fifth

Cons

Leadership is bad, from baffling overall strategy to minute-to-minute decision making. Commitment to flat structure means that most important decisions are made informally through politicking. My team was constantly working around our squad leader, who would reliably change priories mid-sprint and was terrible at eliciting or responding to feedback from the troops. Lots of war stories around the office about forced overtime in freezing warehouses crunching for customer / investor demos.
