- Multicultural team, 80 people from 12 countries - Working on real engineering problems, impactful work - Founders are from academic background, lots of documentation and process, which make you think about each and every aspect of your work and excellence is expected and rewarded - Our values are Openness, Empathy, First Principles, Drive, Simplicity and being Fearless, which act as guiding pillars for us whenever it comes to making decisions.

- Lots of independence, so no place for people who like to be spoon fed. You identify problems, you solve them yourself.
