Pros

Nothing that I can think of. Zilt Nada. No wait. So many people leave in a month that you might mistake an intern as a senior manger.

Cons

Founders are a bunch of Conmen. The native management folks are very immature. The culture is that of bullying and intimidation. And If you wanna save your career, read other negative reviews. Every single person or vendor only have their negative experience to share.

Pros

Managers do not play micro-management. Everyone in the company are actively engaged in all sort of decisions. Employees are fully encouraged in take part and make suggestions for other teams. Flexible working hours; Cool atmosphere; Very international environment; Free drinks and fruits available in the office;

Cons

There might be some, but I can't see any at this point.

1. Salary is good for college students 2. Get to travel to Japan

Cons

1. Senior ppl ask you a lot of things in a very friendly way and then spread what you told them to other senior ppl. Then those ppl will hurt you or your colleagues by making friends unhappy with you or forcing you to join other teams 2. People who don't know basic things and act nicely to seniors are given partial treatment. It doesn't matter what you do 3. Lot of good people are interviewing and waiting for offer to leave
