Great benefits, wonderful coworkers, decent pay. Company as a whole is great, but in need of some changes.

Cons

Management in some areas needs a lot of improvement. Only a few ways to move up within the company. No HR department and outdated software. Made to feel like a robot with little appreciation and large workloads.
