Pros

None after the merger. It went downhill fast.

Cons

- constant layoffs - poor management - toxic culture It's 3 companies put together so if you and another person get separate loan requests you have the ability to undercut the other. This place was better with Ryan Yeakley. Back then they actually cared about their employees. After the merger everyone was left in survival mode not knowing when you were going to be let go.

If you like being told you are scum by the directors and vp. This is the place. They a swap with a new female director but beware they don’t value you. The directors and owners view you as replaceable assets

Everything. Even end of month lunch is the sad pizza party meme. Place is a joke
