Work culture and some colleagues are great to work with.

Cons

Lack of direction from C-suite level and bad recruitment process. Recruiters from this company are genuinely bad at answering basic questions regarding to the advertised role and never seem to respond, which leads to ghosting. Below market pay, you'll get more pay at 20% when you go elsewhere.

Very collaborative, flexible and inclusive work culture. Good and well established software delivery practices.

Cons

Not getting any actionable feedback during my probationary period and then being suddenly let go because the board mandated that an engineer needed to be let go.
