The people are really great. Talented and passionate about each other and their craft. The organization cares about its people and the work is top notch.

Cons

hard to find any, a year ago it would have been the location, but we upgraded!

In my time at Ratio I've found this place to be what you make it. If you are driven and want to grow, you can, there's plenty of opportunity to succeed. 9/80 schedule is awesome and provides a great worklife balance with every other weekend being a 3 day event!

Cons

Lot's of snacks in the kitchen makes it hard to decide what I want. Also, there's a Keurig and I don't like those.
