      Decent technology. Sparks of brilliance throughout the business.

      Cons

      Top level leadership is determined by nepotism. Colour me surprised if any of the decision makers could answer basic questions about the industry they operate within without Wikipedia handy. Incompetent is an understatement

      Pros

      Interesting product and the technologies used are current. Everyone is helpful and there are requirements for everything that is worked on. There is an onboarding process for new hires to get people up to speed about the company and the development process. Everyone is encouraged to bring new ideas to the table, regardless of how long you have been here.

      Cons

      There aren't many cons here. It's a fun spot with great people.
