      Great Experience, Understands Mental Illnesses and their clients.

      Cons

      Management/Administration doesn't seem to care about the well-being of employees. They also don't appear to understand the amount of work that is put into the job.

      It feels good to make a difference in some kids lives. Watching some improve and do well in life is rewarding.

      Cons

      No training, lack of guidance. Very learn as you go which is frustrating because very few employees are on the same page.
