Too many cliques. Management allows bullying & does nothing about it when reported. Dealt with a lot of racists here. Enjoyed working for the company in the beginning but really got to see a lot of colleagues for who they really are. Glad I’m no longer working for this company. They need to get rid of a lot of bad apples.

RJ is relatively unknown compared to peers in the finance world outside of Tampa. Management is full of older, white men. There is an incredibly huge lack of diversity in more visible/higher-paid roles at the company. If you're a minority, expect a harder fight up the ladder. Be careful of the HR department!
