Extremely stressful and not worth what you get paid to what is expected of you. Higher ups and management speak to you like you are scum on the bottom of their shoe. Only offer high deductible insurance options.

Very conservative and slow to updating technology and PTO hours. Mourning a death in the family in 3 days was impossible. Time-off is minimal for both parents who work for the same company when adopting/birthing a child. Lack of acknowledgment or praise from leadership. A lot of unnecessary meetings for the sake of meeting the "team inclusivity & team building" culture which included being asked to spend my personal lunch hour with other coworkers for the sake of "displaying team engagement." The manager was very green; Consistently disregarded the teams needs and off-loaded nearly every aspect of leadership responsibilities onto others.
