Pros

I enjoyed the work and the facility was above average. I had a pleasure to work with some very talented people.

Cons

The majority of the people should not be working there because they are neither nice nor qualified. It appears that some employees were paying their managers financial kick-backs for their employment.

Pros

Education, work life balance, growth opportunity. The people I work with helped me get up and running quickly. Questions are answered openly and honestly, I feel comfortable working here. Excellent long term benefits for anyone seeking a solid stable career.

Cons

Pay seems to be on the low end for my skill. This is not entirely the fault of the company. I wasn't sure where my skill would line up with the rest of the team. Now that I see, I am definitely feeling under valued. Senior management also seems disconnected.
