Pros

The training resources are fantastic, and the ability to share and view other's processes was invaluable. I always felt that I really mattered, and that the clients really mattered. They've made the concept of turning clients into advocates work exceptionally well, and they seem to do the same with employees. I'm definitely an advocate, even though I've moved on to another field.

Cons

I honestly can't think of a down-side to Raymond James.

Better than average company

Pros

Established management in many positions. Pay is slightly above average of the market. Benefits include 401k, profit sharing, and stock.

Cons

Middle management sometime stuck enforcing policies that don't make sense. Contract-to-hire position. Strict attendance monitored by phone login. Parking is crowded occasionally if you work after 8am.
