Great exposure to senior management and different departments. Able to easily network with anyone at headquarters, which is located in St. Petersburg, FL.

Cons

Not well-structured to get Analysts to desired full-time positions. The firm as a whole lacks a sense of urgency and desire to excel

Well managed firm that focuses on what it does really well. Internship program is fulfilling and not over the top.

Cons

I never ran into any downsides while interning there. I wish they had more ambitions to break into the bulge bracket, but that's not their primary concern.

Pros

There is a great company culture here, the people you work with are intelligent and driven. There is a lot of tenure throughout every department and its common to work alongside people who have been with the firm 15-20 years. They handle the advisors better than other firms on Wall Street and it shows. The compensation is fair and the benefits are very good. Overall great company with room to grow.

Cons

The hours can be long in my particular position.
