Pros
Great office environment, everyone is super friendly and there is a good mix of social and non-social depending on the team. Great hours, decent benefits, good vacation days (but includes sick days), generally good supervisors and managers. Great job if you have a family and want a job where work stays at work.
Cons
Salary raises and bonuses are not transparent - need to share earning potential with associates and be transparent about career growth or people will keep leaving. How else will we know if we should further invest our career here or not. Can take time for decisions or changes to happen - so sometimes a bit slow with efficiency.
