      -No micro managing -Holiday luncheons -Bonuses

      Cons

      -There are a lot of favoritism. If you are not tenured or "friends" of the managers, count yourself short to being valued as an employee of RJ. -There is no "climbing the ladder" unless you know someone. -If you're looking for work/life balance, this isn't the place for you. -Pay increase is barely even considered an increase.

      Great environment! Entire department was helpful and friendly to each other. Happily worked overtime for time and a half.

      Cons

      I honestly had no complaints. Everyone was organized and helpful when I was new and incorporated me into the same daily routine that the long-time employees were involved in day-to-day.
