Pros

Great place to gain experience as a new advisor. Many of the advisors at Raymond James are well advanced in their careers, and represent a wealth of experience and information.

Cons

Low pay for new advisors, considering the fact that they have a college degree and multiples licenses. Don't expect your credentials to immediately translate into great pay; you need to be prepared to build your own book of business if you want to succeed in this industry.
