      Pros

      High pay for summer internship and provides quality work experience when it comes to landing your first job out of school.

      Cons

      Two senior team members left the department within the first 4 weeks of my internship. Procedures were not well documented so weekly and monthly tasks were difficult to complete.

      Pros

      Raymond James has a great corporate culture. The people there are great to work with.

      Cons

      As with many other companies within this industry there is a high expectation to generate large revenue numbers. One can easily find themselves working very long hours.

      Pros

      The people at Raymond James are very welcoming and want to see you succeed. Management is smart and has a good vision of where they want to the company to be in the future. Good employee benefits.

      Cons

      The worst part is that the company doesn't pay its employees enough compared to other wall street firms. If they could pay their employees more then they might be able to attract more talent.
