      Pros

      The management and teams are very kind and encouraging. Very accomodating environment, as a student I didn't have a consistent schedule due to my fluctuating workload from school, and they are always happy to help accomodate. Teams are great for geting tips and they always share experiences when asked.

      There is genuinely nothing I would change, just looking for an improvd role.
