      Pros

      Some of the mgrs let you work from home & some of them will let you flex your hrs to help avoid traffic.

      Cons

      Low pay; poor mgment (upper mgmemt has no clue what the rank & file are dealing with & don't care); too many long-term employees doing nothing because there seems to be no consequences; performance reviews are a joke - they reward their friends not the work.
