      Pros

      Company leadership is very strong. Very ethical company with good morals and excellent decision-making.

      Cons

      Southfield Michigan location has few chances for advancement in IT. Corporate office in Florida has many, many more opportunities. IT leadership has changed over the last 3 years and with it the culture has dramatically changed. It isn't a coincidence the company dropped off the ComputerWorld's 100 Best Places to Work in IT. Upper management is dominated by NY managers who have less regard for people than results

      Plenty of business units to find your niche, abundant training opportunities,client centered philosophy, employee interest groups promote diversity and comeraderie

      Cons

      Large company, takes time to make and execute decisions, compensation is lower than peers. Business units run independently, so the silo-mentality takes hold.
