      one of the best environments in the financial services industry; excellent employee community network; personal development is encouraged and rewarded

      senior sales management is incomptent t and was promoted without sales experience or knowledge of sales force. Unfortunately, the Peter Principal does trickle down negatively to the branch system.

      Pros

      Fellow employess are great and always willing to help out. Salary and benefits are comparable to others in the area.

      Cons

      Within IT the new management has a sweat shot mentality. Seventy to ninety hour weeks and having to ask for weekends off is not uncommon and becoming the expectation. Before I left, morale was at the lowest I'd ever seen. Don't waste your time applying here with so many other great companies around in St. Pete and Tampa.
