      Education reimbursement Flexibility, depending on dept Great advisors Gain some experience and then find opportunity elsewhere. Each dept is different but be cautious of who you report to because they are your conduit for change. The senior people they report to will never learn your name or what you do, even though these senior positions control your raises.
