      Pros

      great work/life balance; positive work environment; open door policy; tons of resources; opportunity for growth. They have a great welcome package where hey fly you down to corporate head quaters in Tampa where you meet all the top guns including the CEO. They sit down with you and discuss RJ life, culture and expectations.

      not enough space at branches to move to areas I would like to transplant myself to.

      Pros

      Most of the people, particularly middle managers and below, are fantastic. They're smart, easy to get along with and generally fun people. It can be a bit disheartening to see such people resigned to their fates with this company, though. Also, it's a relatively stable company to work for in an industry known for recent upheaval and turmoil.

      Cons

      Way too much favoritism - it seems the only way to advance is to attach your lips to your manager's rear end. The pay structure needs to be seriously scrutinized and brought in line with the market & competitors.
