The firm has many competitors, some with deeper pocketbooks. The firm is well known, but not as well known as others. The firm is sometimes a leader, sometimes a follower.

The pay at Raymond James is very low, even for associates who have a college degree. The management isn't throroughly trained, and at times this really shows with the lack of management that you are given. Several high level managers are often rude, even walking by associates daily without saying hello or even acknowleging you at all.
