Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your years of service with us. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed your teammates, managers, and the overall environment. We understand that the workload for part-time roles can sometimes feel overwhelming. In 2026, we will be adding more customer care hours to better support both our customers and our associates. Feedback like yours helps us evaluate responsibilities and staffing to make sure the work is manageable. We also want to say that we welcome back boomerang associates should you ever consider returning. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and your perspective on how we can continue to improve.

Pros

Great Managers The managers at my location go above and beyond for us

Cons

DRAW SYSTEM. YOU HAVE TO MAKE 13K IN ORDER TO NOT BE IN “DEBT” WITH THE COMPANY. Anything under your paycheck will go to the company until you pay them off. It’s silly and absurd because some weeks will not be good weeks and that’s all you can push. You see commission after 17k+ No work life balance. Net suite, it has potential but is responsible for 75% of fall offs. Slow internet speeds

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We’re glad to hear that your managers go above and beyond to support the team and that you recognize their efforts. We understand that the draw system and commission structure can feel challenging at times, especially during slower weeks. While pay can fluctuate, our Home Furnishing Consultants typically earn a higher annual pay than competitors in similar roles. We also know that transitioning to NetSuite and technology challenges can be frustrating. We are working hard to address these issues and hope you’ve started to see some of the improvements that make day-to-day work smoother. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback. Your input helps us continue improving the associate experience.

New system was an epic disaster which cost most associates 20-30 percent of their income which Raymour did nothing to fix.
