Management lies to employees constantly. You don't know who to trust or who to speak to. You're scolded for trying to point out obvious things that are safety concerns and need Improvement. They are unionized but the union is very weak. They recently adopted a new labor contract stating that all new hires will forfeit 20% of their starting salary for the first two years of employment.
