Annual raise and bonus, however not worth the treatment

Cons

The company supports and encourages unethical, bias and unfair treatment from managers. With over 300 employees, Rayonier has less than 15 minorities. Employees should not be intimidated or afraid to report unfair treatment by their manager. The company's values doesn't match their branding.
