      Pros

      Large company with many opportunities. Fairly reasonable management but beholden to contracts over employees job satisfaction.

      Cons

      Employees can be pushed into silos easily. You fill a role where there is a program need above all else. You can end up doing work that is not what you expected when going through the interview / hiring process.
