Pros

You can earn bonuses and have flexible hours to help meet your personal life’s obligations. Depending on your team/organization, the work culture can be excellent and have good opportunities for career growth.

Cons

You need to live within 50 miles of certain sites which may not work for everybody. Like other companies, there are the usual layoffs and cost cutting.

Cons

Long hours, very fast paced and can be extremely stressful. Hard to “shut off”outside of normal working hours.
