Pros

9/80. Strong technical depth and breadth.

Cons

Poor balance of promotions/accolades given to hardware engineering relative to systems and software. Engineers do have as much power compare to IPTLs and Program Managers, and Finance. Everyone are slaves to Earned Value management instead of product development and sound engineering.

It is a fine place to work

Pros

Base pay wasn't bad. Biggest Pro was the option to do a 4x10 schedule. Work life balance is good if you set your boundaries early.

Cons

No opportunity for remote work. Super high turnover. Being told what you will work on when hiring was not close to what I did. Middle management riddled with decision paralysis. The culture kind of stinks.
