Business Outlook
Pros
Raytheon Technologies is at the top of its field, and has many bright employees who are a pleasure to work with. The company has done an excellent job with supporting work from home setups, and accommodating the new workplace culture. Management, overall, is responsive and attentive.
Cons
Across the board, the company is lacking meaningful work. Many things I have worked on felt like menial jobs, or simply uninteresting, despite repeated requests for tasks more in line with my interests and/or talents. In addition, opportunities for visibility and advancement are tied directly to certain projects, which are difficult to get assigned to given the current dearth of work.
