Pros

Get to experience the vibrant Fintech environment. Decent compensation and a caring employer who will not layoff workers despite the tough Covid environment.

Cons

Growing business at a fast pace but lacking the supporting infrastructure, and lacks a stable management structure. Not an ideal workplace for everybody, only for those who can survive under a fast pace but chaotic environment. Need to be very resourceful amidst the chaos and be prepared to be over stretched. At this work pace, it's not surprising that one year feels like a very long time here and staff turnover is high. Company lacks strong staff engagement and bonding culture, which can be intimidating to new comer.
