Pros

Free Food and that is about it. The organization lacks real perks like real companies provide for employees. This is a wanna be real company. Food and snacks is all you will get.

Cons

People aren't smart People are lazy workers No perks Pay is poor, very low Benefits don't compare to real Tech Organizations Management doesn't know anything, must be trained and taught by people under them Management has zero leadership Place has no real Vision Obviously a broke organization; the perks and benefits and recognition of employees seriously lack. No structure, no processes, no training, no desktop procedures. Doesn't follow legal labor laws Wants you to be "on call" or you appear a lazy worker. Systems used are the minimum; company has no money to get the updated versions.

Pros

Free food, but unhealthy.

Cons

No leadership. No clear path direction for employee's. Training is a joke. Very unprofessional environment. They shoot for a real laid back workplace and they end up with lazy workers just looking for a paycheck. If your looking for a career, stay clear of this place.

Pros

Lots of cool young people, free lunch on Friday.

Cons

No real software development process in place. Quality level of products is ridiculous. Lot's of pressure, yelling, working overtime. No good directions. Real nightmare. Colossal turnover. Company's reputation is low so they will pay a good buck to attract talent but they'll fire you very quickly if things go wrong.
