* Good branding and Innovative teach products and projects * Flat organization structure * Flexible working hours * Good manager and team-mates * Good benefits (Free lunch on workdays, employee discount for razer products, free shuttle, free snacks, Medical & gaming allowance)

Cons

* Location of office inaccessible (hoping to move new office soon) * Work-life balance might be an issue because of startup culture (I am ok with it) * Not very good branding for software engineering career ( still a lot of opportunities to learn)
