Its a very good learning platform where you get to meet very dedicated and talented colleagues.You get to learn a lot and get to meet people in different teams which gives you a clear picture of how the things work.

Cons

You should be ready to learn new things and ready to work hard.

You'll witness the coolness and awesomeness in the company. It is a good place for continuous learning. Many of you will not know how good this company is unless you enter. You will get amazing exposure, they push you to be a leader and take responsibilities.

I am working at Razorthink from last 3 years. Very nice place to work and really working environment No politics and very good seniors. Good exposure to work with new technologies.

Cons

Sometimes not proper planning but that happens in startup
