Pros

Being an advanced startup company, learning oppurtunities are a LOT. One gets to choose the interested field and work on it. Work atmosphere is good. People are cordial and friendly.

Cons

There's no proper training cell as such. Self training seems to be the only way here, but seniors will help you out at all times with whatever doubts you have, so no problem. Yup, work seems to be a bit hectic but if you see it as a way of learning more in less time, you'll feel better :D
