Work environment, co-workers and managers are really supportive 3.Opportunity work among different teams if you are really have the passion to work on different technologies. 4. If your good work has been showcased, you will be recognized and awarded 5. Growing in a high potential with the new products coming up 6.Flexible work timings 7.Fun at work has been considered well

I don't find much cons!, but avg infrastructure, which they are working on. which will be resolved soon.

Pros

Good opportunity for leaning. Compensation better than industry standard. Exposure to cutting edge technologies. Employees get exposure to end to end process of SDLC.

Cons

Huge workload. With the offered compensation, that's obvious. No proper training cell. The company believes in self learning. (Well, initially that's stressful, but its a very useful skill to have for anyone). Infrastructure not that impressive.
