Pros

Great upbeat environment, constant high energy but still very easy going staff, the people are sincere. The food is pretty authentic Cajun along with the vibe.

Cons

The wait on the weekends gets crazy, but that’s only because so many people are trying to enjoy themselves there.

Nice customers, got experience in food industry.

Cons

Was hired with the agreement that I’d move to waitress within a few months. Never happened. Turnover was so bad. People constantly quit, new people came, and repeated the cycle. Managers showed obvious favoritism to the people sucked up to them in terms of hours and work load.
