This is a very purpose driven and innovative company that is creating jobs and making things in the USA. Part of the mission is creating jobs in economically disadvantaged areas, such as those that have been impacted by years of de-industrialization. The leadership team is principled, care about the employees and communities in which they operate, and are energetic and passionate. They try to respect and treat everyone fairly, and there’s lots of interesting projects to work on.
Cons
The fast pace of growth, change, and innovation may not be for everyone, although there is almost no turnover.
