Great place to work

Pros

Recognize good work, great work-life balance most of the time. We're hybrid but they're very flexible if you need to be remote for an office day. They approve PTO in a more than fair manner and check-in on employees often.

Cons

Not much I can think of

Pros

- Re:build attracts customers with nice and novel products to work on. - Good place to start your career after leaving school/college.

Cons

- General manager is not technically skilled and shouldn't be running a production company. - Production manager isn't hiring skilled laborers to perform the tasks needed, resulting in a lot of Re:work, scrapped products, late deliveries and profit losses. - Too much focus on process definitions, not on correct process executions. - Too many 'improvement' events which lead to chaos. - Every employee is copied into every email resulting in an avalanche of irrelevant emails to most recipients.
