      Pros

      Guaranteed to have an interesting and fulfilling experience, meet a diverse array of people, and find some of the coolest stuff you never knew you wanted. Excellent place to get raw experience and do some resume building.

      Cons

      Complete lack of structure or oversight. Upper management will frustrate you if you genuinely care about improving the organization or its mission impact. Will be exposed to some unethical and inappropriate behavior if you're in it for the long haul here.

      Pros

      Due to the lack of competent management, there is a very high degree of autonomy. The social mission and co-workers are also great.

      Cons

      Customers treat you like garbage; the management suck; it is WAY understaffed; and most importantly, even though most employees have concrete ideas on how to improve the organization, these complaints and suggestions fall on entirely deaf ears.
