ReadSoft USA - So good it makes you wonder what's wrong

Pros

Great people, great leadership, great environment. ReadSoft USA is almost too good to believe. They truly live the motto, Work Hard, Play Hard. Motivation comes in so many ways, and ways that I've never experienced previously starting with leadership, support, camaraderie. Coworkers are always willing to go the extra mile for customers and each other.

Cons

The company was recently acquired by Lexmark, so things could change drastically. Some change has already started by losing some great people that couldn't handle the uncertainty. Others changes have been seen in more "corporate" procedures being implemented which has taken away a sense of ownership of your process and results.

Pros

One of the best solutions in the segment. Multi-national Company with opportunities around the globe. Recently sold to Lexmark. The spectations are good for next year.

Cons

No HR department, low salary, bad benefits. The Latam Management is "poor". No investments in Professional Services, causing problems to deliver the solutions.
