Benefits are great. Most people are great to work with . Challenging and different everyday. Good work hours.
Cons
Employees are overworked. They have lost half their dispatch team in 6 months and no one has been replaced. Every person does the job of 3 people regardless of the department. The pay is below average of our competitors. Supervisors are unprofessional and gossip more then they help. There is no growth or development. There was once a promise of levels that was never followed through with. Each department thinks they work harder than others but it reality it's because we don't understand what each department does. There is a serious disconnect between sales and dispatch even though they should be working as one. Overall, it's not the worst place to work but it's not much above decent.
