Pros
- the health/extended benefits are good - compensation is good - I believe there can be room for growth - remote work
Cons
- hard to find company culture - leadership have some unrealistic demands - some people don't take responsibility for their mistakes and use others as scapegoats - even with room for growth, the motivation/desire to grow here is low
