Pros

Real Hospitality is one of the best hospitality management companies I have ever worked for. Real is caring and understanding for their associates. They value each employee with the upmost respect. When you've worked for them for over a year it feels like not just a team but a family. Real's employee benefits are excellent !

Cons

Every company is not perfect but with Real when they have made mistakes with either the client or associate they acknowledge the issues and correct them appropriately.

Real Hospitality vs. LAM Group

Pros

Great management company with a lot of potential but not the LAM Group

Cons

The LAM Group however is overbearing owners that have very little knowledge of the hospitality industry since their background of success comes from the garment/textiles industry. They are money hungry and agressive when it comes to their success so they put unreasonable pressure on their management.

Pros

Growth, Growth, Growth! If you are looking for a place to grow in your hospitality career Real Hospitality Group it is. While in most companies you barely hear from the CEO or other Corporate officers, here everyone is involved and we even receive constant feedback for all of our hard work and efforts on a regular basis. Real Hospitality motivates you to find the position for you and offers training for anything you are interested in learning to help you grow in your career. One of the warmest and welcoming companies I’ve ever worked for and it obvious that they genuinely care for their entire team.
